.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh tradewinds and moderate seas will 
prevail across area waters through today, then strengthen 
slightly tonight and through the week as high pressure remains 
centered over the N central Atlantic. Isolated thunderstorms are
expected to develop each afternoon over the western waters of 
Puerto Rico, small craft should exercise caution. Ahead of 
Tuesday's tropical wave, a wind surge will bring fresh to locally
strong easterly winds through the midweek.
