.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure just east of the Bahamas will 
shift slowly eastward along 26N through Thu to maintain gentle 
to moderate trades. High pressure across the NE Atlantic will
then build a ridge modestly westward into the Bahamas late Thu 
through the weekend to produce moderate to locally fresh winds 
across the area waters.
