.SYNOPSIS...A middle to upper-level low pressure center near
25N62W extends southwestward across the local area, with a 
surface trough across this same area. These features are 
supporting active showers and thunderstorms along and E of the 
trough to beyond 60W, and gentle E to SE winds across the area 
waters. The troughs will gradually weaken and shift eastward 
through Tue, allowing for high pressure to eventually strengthen
across the area. Look for a return to moderate to locally fresh 
trade winds across the area waters Thu through Fri.
