.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will increase slightly to
gentle to moderate speeds Fri, then to moderate to fresh over 
the weekend into early next week as the Atlantic high pressure 
builds westward. Seas will build late in the weekend into early
next week. Unsettled weather is expected to continue over the 
eastern Caribbean through at least Thu. Occasional thunderstorms 
are likely across the regional waters, especially in the 
afternoon, resulting in dangerous conditions for mariners.
