.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate northeast to east winds will
continue during the forecast period as high pressure remains 
over the western Atlantic. A large deep-layer trough over the 
central Atlantic in combination with abundant tropical moisture 
already present is expected to maintain unsettled weather 
conditions in the region well into next week.
