.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate northeast to east winds will
continue during the forecast period. A trough that extends from
a weak central Atlantic low to the eastern Caribbean in
combination with already present abundant tropical moisture will
keep unsettled weather conditions in the region most probably 
going into the weekend.
