.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will prevail across the
Atlantic waters through Mon as the typical trade wind regime is 
disrupted by a surface trough drifting north of the area. Then, 
gentle to moderate winds are expected through mid-week. Across 
the Caribbean waters, gentle to moderate winds will prevail. 
Showers are likely to occur across the regional waters through 
early next week in association with the surface trough.
