.SYNOPSIS...Winds will diminish into Wed as a weak trough of low
pressure moves into the area, lessening the pressure gradient. 
Long period N swell on the Atlantic side and in the Mona Passage 
will gradually subside tonight into Wed. Typical moderate trade
winds should resume over the weekend.
