.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will
maintain moderate trades through Fri over the Atlantic waters
and through Sat over the Caribbean waters. A tightening of the 
gradient between the high pressure and a cold front is expected 
to increase the trades to fresh speeds starting Fri night, except
beginning Sat night over the Caribbean waters. Seas are expected
to be moderate to rough during the period.
