.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trades will prevail through early Sun, as the
Bermuda High remains north of the area. The high will begin to 
weaken and shift eastward Sun through mid-week, leading to 
moderate winds across the area waters. Seas will be locally 
rough today in easterly swell, then subside through Mon. 
Moderate NE swell will impact the regional waters Tue through 
mid-week.
