.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trade winds and rough seas will 
occur across the regional waters into Sat morning as a strong 
pressure gradient prevails between high pressure in the central 
Atlantic and the Colombian low. The pressure gradient will relax 
on Sat, leading to predominantly moderate to fresh E winds and 
moderate seas into early next week.
