.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds, pulsing to strong 
speeds at times, will prevail across the waters through Wed as 
high pressure in the central Atlantic drifts eastward. High 
pressure will build in the western Atlantic on Wed, and a 
tightening pressure gradient in the area will lead to strong E 
winds Wed night through late this week. Rough seas in E swell 
will continue over the Atlantic waters through midweek, with 
rough seas expanding through the region for the second half of 
the week.
