.SYNOPSIS...A 1029 mb high pressure located E of Bermuda along 
60W will drift slowly eastward and weaken some through Mon, then 
will build again across the region Wed through Thu night, 
bringing an increase in winds and seas to the area waters. 
Expect fresh NE to E winds through the middle of the week, 
increasing to fresh to strong speeds Wed night through Thu night.
Rough seas, in a mix of NE and E swell, are expected across the 
regional Atlantic waters and through the Caribbean passages 
through the next several days.
