.SYNOPSIS...A 1031 mb high pressure is located just E of
Bermuda, while a cold front has become stationary today from 
near 24N60W to 22N77W. The high pressure will drift slowly 
eastward through Mon, as the front  becomes E to W aligned along
about 22N-23N tonight and gradually dissipates through Mon night.
Expect fresh NE to E winds through the middle of the week. Rough
seas, in a mix of NE and E swell, are expected through the next 
several days across the regional Atlantic waters and through the 
Caribbean passages.
