.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the central Atlantic to
the NE coast of Cuba this afternoon, while a 1031 mb high behind
the front is centered between the Mid Atlantic coast and Bermuda.
The front will move SE and gradually become E to W aligned along
22N-23N through Sun. Look for moderate trade winds across the 
local area to increase to moderate to fresh speeds tonight, then
fresh to strong Sat afternoon through Mon, before diminishing 
by Tue. Rough seas, in a mix of NE and E swell, are expected 
through the next several days across the regional Atlantic 
waters and through the Caribbean passages.
