.SYNOPSIS...Rough seas of 8 to 12 ft in N to NW swell will 
continue to impact the Atlantic waters through Fri morning as a 
low pressure system in the central Atlantic lifts to the 
northeast and away from the region. Gentle to moderate trades are
expected through Fri, with moderate to fresh winds occurring 
this weekend into early next week as high pressure builds over 
the western Atlantic.
