.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the area tonight into
Wed morning. Fresh W to NW winds are forecast in the Atlantic 
waters tonight into Wed night, while rough seas will persist 
through Fri. Easterly trade winds will freshen up on Sat in the 
Caribbean waters as strong high pressure builds in the wake of 
the front.
