.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle northeasterly winds and seas between
5 and 6 ft prevail across the Atlantic waters. A cold front will
approach the area by mid week from the west supporting W to NW 
moderate to fresh winds and rough seas. Winds and seas will 
decrease from west to east beginning Thu.
