.SYNOPSIS...The tail of a stationary front extends from the 
central Atlantic SW to 23N55W to NE Puerto Rico will start 
lifting N through the weekend while dissipating. Moderate NW 
swell behind the front will continue to impact the regional 
waters through Fri morning. Strong high pressure will settle 
across the N central Atlantic over weekend to bring moderate 
easterly trade wind flow across the local area. Moderate NE swell
will bring rough seas once again across the Atlantic waters Sun 
through Mon.
