.SYNOPSIS...The tail of a cold front that extends from the 
central Atlantic SW to 23N55W to NE Puerto Rico will stall 
tonight before it starts lifting N through Sun when it will start
to dissipate. Moderate NW swell behind the front will continue 
to impact the regional waters through Fri morning. Strong high 
pressure will settle across the N central Atlantic over the 
upcoming weekend to bring a return to moderate easterly trade 
wind flow across the local area. Moderate NE swell will bring 
hazardous seas once again across the Atlantic waters and passages
Sun through Mon.
