.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough in the NE Caribbean will move 
northwestward over the next day, producing scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms across Puerto Rico and the US Virgin 
Islands. Gentle to moderate trade winds and moderate seas will 
prevail into early next week. The highest seas are expected 
across the Atlantic waters tonight and then Fri night into Sat in
N to NE swell.
