.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh east winds will persist in the
region through the period. East swell will continue to produce 
moderate seas over the Atlantic waters through Sat, then a new 
set of long-period northwest to north swell associated with a 
cold front will raise seas over the Atlantic waters Sat night and
Sun before subsiding Sun night into early next week.
