.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will continue over the
regional waters through Mon night. They will diminish slightly 
to moderate speeds through Wed night, then come back up to 
moderate to fresh speeds Thu and Thu night. Winds may pulse to 
strong speeds through early part of the upcoming week.
Meanwhile, east swell generated from fresh to strong trades over
the tropical Atlantic waters will continue to impact the 
regional waters and Caribbean Passage with moderate to locally 
rough seas into the early part of the week. The swell will begin 
to subside late Tue night.
