.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will continue over the
regional waters through this weekend and into early next week as
a series of fronts move across the western Atlantic passing to 
the north of the area. Winds may pulse to strong speeds at times 
starting Sun. E swell generated from fresh to strong trades over 
the tropical Atlantic waters will dominate the regional waters 
and Caribbean Passages. This swell will bring moderate to locally
rough seas into early next week.
