.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh NE to E trades over the regional 
waters will become more widespread this weekend as a series of 
cold front pass to the north of the area. A long- period N swell 
will lead to rough seas to 8 ft across the Atlantic waters and 
Caribbean Passages Fri into this weekend, with an E swell 
impacting those waters late this weekend into early next week.
