.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the
weekend across the Atlantic and Caribbean waters. Long-period 
northwest swell will subside slightly over the Atlantic waters 
tonight into Wed. Another set of NW swell will impact the local 
Atlantic waters by the end of the week. Slight to moderate seas 
are expected for the Caribbean waters through the weekend.
