.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will support
moderate E to NE winds and slight to moderate seas tonight. 
Locally fresh trade winds look to develop over Caribbean waters on
Thu as the pressure gradient between the aforementioned ridge 
and a cold front moving through the western Atlantic strengthens.
These winds will continue on Fri before diminishing on Sat. 
Looking ahead, moderate to fresh NE winds and building seas will 
develop Sun as a strong cold front passes north of the area.
