.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds and seas will prevail over the waters
today. A tightening pressure gradient between low pressure in the
central Atlantic and building high pressure over the western
Atlantic will promote locally fresh NE winds Sat morning into
early Sun. A long-period N swell producing moderate to locally 
rough seas will reach the Atlantic waters Sat, then subside early
next week.
