.SYNOPSIS...High pressure in the western Atlantic will maintain 
mostly moderate trades across the regional waters through the 
forecast period. Looking ahead, a new set of northerly swell 
producing mostly moderate seas should reach the Atlantic waters 
over the weekend, then subside slightly early next week.
