.SYNOPSIS...As a weakening stationary front drifts across the 
Atlantic waters through tonight, fresh NE to E winds can be 
expected across the area. These winds will prevail through
tonight before diminishing to moderate. N swell will lead to 
rough seas in the Atlantic waters today, subsiding to moderate 
by tonight. For the Caribbean waters, moderate winds and seas 
will prevail through Sat. Looking ahead, renewed northerly swell 
associated with the next cold front should reach the Atlantic 
waters over the weekend.
