.SYNOPSIS...As a weakening stationary front drifts across the 
Atlantic waters through this evening, fresh NE to E winds can be
expected across the area. These winds will prevail into Wed night 
before diminishing to moderate. N swell will lead to rough seas 
in the Atlantic waters through tonight, subsiding to moderate 
Wed. For the Caribbean waters, moderate winds and seas will 
prevail through Sat. Looking ahead, renewed northerly swell 
associated with the next cold front should reach the Atlantic
waters over the weekend.
