.SYNOPSIS...Moderate E winds will increase to fresh by tonight 
as a cold front slowly approaches the region. Northerly swell 
will also impact Atlantic waters, leading to moderate to rough 
seas. Conditions will improve for the latter half of the week as
the cold front exits to the east and swell decays.
