.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas
will prevail locally through Sun evening, as high pressure 
across the central Atlantic weakens and drifts eastward. An 
Atlantic cold front will reach the north coast of Hispaniola
late Sun, then begin to align more E-NE to W-SW just north of 
the Mona Passage through Tue, then dissipate along about 21N on
Wed. Fresh to locally strong NE winds and building seas will 
develop across the area waters Mon through Tue as strong high 
pressure builds across the western Atlantic behind this front.
