.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure centered across the north- 
central Atlantic will continue promote fresh to strong E winds 
and moderate to rough seas in NE swell across the regional 
waters today. Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate 
seas will then prevail tonight through this weekend as the high 
pressure shifts NE and weakens. Looking ahead, an Atlantic cold 
front will reach the north coast of Hispaniola on Mon, then begin
to align more E-NE to W-SW just north of the Mona Passage on 
Tue. Fresh to locally strong NE winds and building seas will 
occur as strong high pressure builds across the western Atlantic
behind this front.
