.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure centered across the north- 
central Atlantic will promote fresh to strong E winds and 
moderate to rough seas in NE swell across the Atlantic waters 
through Fri morning, and fresh trades and moderate seas over the 
Caribbean waters. Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate
seas will then prevail Fri afternoon through this weekend as the
high pressure shifts NE and weakens. Looking ahead, an Atlantic 
cold front will reach the north coast of Hispaniola on Mon, then 
begin to align more E-NE to W-SW just north of the Mona Passage 
on Tue. Fresh to locally strong NE winds and building seas will 
occur in association with this front.
