.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure centered NE of Bermuda will
promote fresh to strong E winds and moderate to rough seas in NE
swell across the Atlantic waters into early Fri. At the same 
time, moderate to fresh trades and moderate seas are expected 
over the Caribbean waters. Gentle to moderate winds and slight to
moderate seas will then prevail Fri afternoon through this 
weekend as the high pressure shifts NE and weakens.
