.SYNOPSIS...Winds are forecast to increase to fresh speeds
across the Atlantic waters tonight through Thu night as high 
pressure builds N of area. Moderate to rough seas in NE swell 
will persist through the end of the week. Over the Caribbean 
waters, mainly gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate 
seas are expected through Fri night, with the exception of 
moderate to fresh winds and moderate seas Wed through Thu night.
