.SYNOPSIS...Fresh NNE winds and rough seas are forecast through 
tonight ahead of an approaching surface trough. Afterward, 
winds will diminish from east to west as the surface trough 
moves across the E Caribbean through the weekend. The trough 
will also bring an increase in showers and isolated thunderstorms
to the region through Sun. Winds will diminish to gentle to 
moderate speeds across the regional waters on Mon. Even after the
winds weaken, moderate NE swell will continue impacting the 
Atlantic waters and the Mona and Anegada Pasages through early 
next week.
