.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh N-NE winds and rough seas are
forecast through early Sat ahead of an approaching surface
trough. Afterward, winds will start to diminish from east to 
west as the surface trough moves across the E Caribbean Fri 
night into Sat. The passage of this trough will lead to the 
development of gentle to moderate SE winds from E to W Sat into 
Sun night. The trough will also bring an increase in showers and
isolated thunderstorms to the region Fri into Sun. Winds will 
diminish to light to gentle speeds across the regional waters on 
Mon. Otherwise, NE swell, with moderate to rough seas, will 
continue to affect the Atlantic waters through early next week.
