.SYNOPSIS...High pressure N of area will maintain moderate to 
fresh NE to E winds across the forecast waters through Fri.
Afterward, winds will start to diminish from east to west as a
surface trough moves across the E Caribbean Fri evening into Sat.
The passage of this trough will lead to the development of gentle
to moderate SE winds from E to W Sat into Sun night. Winds will
diminish to light to gentle speeds across the regional waters on
Mon. Otherwise, NE swell, with moderate to rough seas, will 
continue to affect the Atlantic waters through Mon night.
