.SYNOPSIS...High pressure N of area will maintain moderate to 
fresh NE to E winds across the forecast waters through Fri.
Afterward, winds will diminish to light to gentle speeds and
prevail through the weekend. Long-period northerly swell 
currently impacting the Atlantic waters will be reinforced by 
additional northerly swell during the upcoming weekend.
