.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds in the Atlantic will diminish to
gentle Wed through the end of the week. Meanwhile, moderate to 
fresh winds in the Caribbean will diminish to moderate Tue, then
to gentle by Fri. Northerly swell in the Atlantic and Caribbean 
Passages will subside through mid-week. Meanwhile, a weakening  
frontal boundary just south of Puerto Rico will linger through 
mid-week supporting continuing showers and thunderstorms in the 
Caribbean.
