.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds in the Atlantic will diminish to
gentle Tue through the end of the week. Meanwhile, moderate to
fresh winds in the Caribbean will diminish to moderate Tue, then
gentle Fri and Fri night. Large northerly swell in the Atlantic
and Caribbean Passages will subside through mid-week. Meanwhile,
a weakening cold front just south of Puerto Rico will stall and
linger through the early part of the week supporting continuing
showers and thunderstorms in the Caribbean.
