.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving southward across the western and
central subtropical Atlantic will affect the local Atlantic 
waters with fresh to locally strong trade winds and rough seas 
today and Tue. The next cold front will move southeastward into 
the western Atlantic Tue and weaken as it reaches the local Atlc
waters by Wed evening.

swell. Numerous showers and isolated tstms.
