.SYNOPSIS...Active showers and thunderstorms, with fresh trade 
winds and moderate seas will continue through tonight behind a 
tropical wave moving across the Mona Passage. A strong cold 
front moving southward across the W subtropical Atlantic will 
reach the local Atlantic waters early Mon, then stall before
weakening Mon night through Tue. Moderate to fresh winds will 
dominate the local Atlantic waters through Tue. Expect large N 
swell to move into the area waters early Mon through Tue, leading
to rough seas. The next cold front will move southeastward into 
the western Atlantic Wed and weaken as it reaches the local Atlc 
waters Thu.
