.SYNOPSIS...A strong high pressure ridge over the western 
Atlantic along 33N will support fresh to strong winds and rough 
seas over the Atlantic waters through Sat, with moderate to 
fresh winds and moderate seas across the Caribbean waters through
early next week. A persistent upper-level trough will combine 
with abundant deep tropical moisture lingering across the area to
generate scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms over 
the local waters through the weekend. Large NE swell over the 
Atlantic waters will slowly subside this weekend into early next 
week. A new cold front will sink southward across the central 
Atlantic and into the area waters Tue through Wed.
