.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of high pressure over the western
Atlantic will support fresh to strong winds and moderate to 
rough seas over the Atlantic waters through early Sat, with 
moderate to fresh winds and moderate seas across the Caribbean 
waters through early next week. A persistent upper- level trough
along with abundant deep tropical moisture will generate 
scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms over the local 
waters through the weekend. Large NE swell over the Atlantic 
waters will slowly subside this weekend into early next week.
