.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of high pressure over the western
Atlantic will continue to support fresh to strong winds and 
moderate to rough seas over the Atlantic waters through early
Sat, and moderate to fresh winds and moderate seas across the 
Caribbean waters through Sun. The combination of an upper-level 
trough acting on deep tropical moisture present in the region 
will continue to allow for scattered to numerous showers and 
thunderstorms over both the Atlantic and Caribbean waters through
the weekend, and possibly into early next week. Large NE swell 
will linger over the Atlantic waters through Sat night, then 
slowly begin to subside into early next week.
