.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds and slight to moderate
seas are expected over the Atlantic and Caribbean waters through
Tue. These conditions will continue over the Caribbean waters 
through Thu night. Strengthening high pressure north of the area 
will support fresh to strong winds and rough seas across the 
Atlantic waters Wed through Fri night. Peak seas of 12 or 13 ft 
are expected later in the week.
