.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades and slight to moderate 
seas are forecast to continue across the regional waters through
Tue under the influence of a surface ridge across the Atlantic 
subtropical waters. Locally fresh E winds and rough seas will 
develop by midweek across the Atlantic waters as a cold front 
moves near the area.
